Zodiac Birthday Reminder Terms Of Conditions

  Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Birthday Reminder ("the App").

  1. Acceptance of Terms

  By downloading, installing, or using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not

  use the App.

  2. Description of Service

  Birthday Reminder is a personal birthday tracking application that allows you to:

  - Store and manage birthday information for your contacts

  - Receive push notification reminders for upcoming birthdays

  - View birthday statistics through an interactive sky visualization

  - Create and share birthday cards

  - Get gift suggestions based on contact preferences

  - Track birthday memories with notes, photos, and ratings

  3. User Accounts

  - An anonymous account is created automatically on first launch via Firebase Authentication

  - You may optionally provide additional profile information (name, email)

  - You are responsible for maintaining the security of your device and account

  - You must not share your account or allow unauthorized access

  4. User Content

  - You retain ownership of all content you provide (birthday data, photos, notes, messages)

  - By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display your content solely for the

  purpose of providing the App's services

  - You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any personal information about third parties (such

   as contacts' birthdays and photos)

  - You must not upload content that is illegal, offensive, or violates others' rights

  5. Contact Import

  - The App may request access to your device contacts to import birthday information

  - Contact access is entirely optional and initiated only by you

  - Imported data is used solely within the App for birthday tracking

  - You can revoke contact access at any time through device Settings

  6. Premium Features

  - Certain features require a one-time lifetime purchase ("Premium")

  - Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and governed by Apple's terms

  - Premium includes: unlimited birthdays, advanced reminders, gift suggestions, birthday cards, widgets, and

  Birthday Wrapped

  - You may restore purchases on any device signed in with the same Apple ID

  - Refunds are handled by Apple per their refund policy

  7. Notifications

  - The App sends local and push notifications for birthday reminders

  - Notification permissions are requested with your consent

  - You can customize or disable notifications at any time

  - We are not liable for missed notifications due to device settings, network issues, or system limitations

  8. Intellectual Property

  - The App, including its design, code, "Birthday Sky" concept, star visualizations, and all original content, is

  the intellectual property of Veysel Bozkurt

  - The Birthday Wrapped feature, zodiac data, celebrity birthday data, and card templates are proprietary content

  - You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the App

  9. Acceptable Use

  You agree not to:

  - Use the App for any unlawful purpose

  - Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App's systems or databases

  - Interfere with or disrupt the App's services

  - Upload malicious content, viruses, or harmful code

  - Use automated systems (bots, scrapers) to interact with the App

  - Misuse push notification systems

  - Impersonate another person or entity

  10. Disclaimer of Warranties

  THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO

  NOT WARRANT THAT:

  - The App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure

  - Birthday reminders will be delivered at exact scheduled times

  - Data will never be lost (we recommend keeping personal backups)

  - The App will be compatible with all devices or OS versions

  11. Limitation of Liability

  TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR:

  - Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages

  - Loss of data, profits, or goodwill

  - Missed birthday reminders or notification failures

  - Unauthorized access to your data due to your device security

  - Any damages exceeding the amount you paid for the App

  12. Termination

  - You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it

  - We may terminate or suspend access if you violate these Terms

  - Upon termination, your right to use the App ceases immediately

  - You may request deletion of your data by contacting us

  13. Third-Party Services

  The App uses third-party services (Firebase, RevenueCat) which have their own terms:

  We are not responsible for the practices or policies of third-party services.

  14. Modifications

  We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be communicated through the App or by

  updating the effective date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

  15. Governing Law

  These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Turkey. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of

  Istanbul, Turkey.

  16. Severability

  If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full

  force and effect.
